All products are listed for sale as part of a non-binding online catalog. By clicking “Buy,” you submit an offer to purchase. The order is only accepted once we confirm shipment. SECTION 4 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders are fulfilled from international warehouses, primarily located in North America and Asia. We aim to process orders within 1–3 business days, with typical delivery to Canada within 6–12 business days. Delays caused by customs, weather, or third-party couriers are beyond our control. Any applicable customs duties or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. For products low in stock, delivery may be delayed by an additional 2 to 3 business days.
SECTION 5 – RETURNS & REFUNDS
We offer a 30-day return window for eligible items, as outlined in our Return Policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify. Items that have been worn or show signs of use do not qualify for return. Custom items or perishable goods are non-refundable.
Canadian consumer protection laws do not obligate sellers to accept returns on non-defective goods if a clear return policy is presented and agreed upon at time of purchase. Our policy complies fully with this requirement.
SECTION 6 – CUSTOMER ACCOMMODATION
Although not required, we may — at our discretion — offer partial refunds, store credit, or replacements as a gesture of goodwill. These accommodations are not guaranteed and are assessed case-by-case.
